Just a dab will diddle-ya!

Quesadillas are an endless parade of potential. You can’t help but get creative with that classic cheese and tortilla combo. What cheese with what extra goodness is about as varied as positions in the Kama Sutra. While eating too many quesadillas, even fancy ones like this Mexican-French fusion, would be counter-productive to recreate some of those gravity-defying feats, a little splurging never hurt nobody. One of these compliments a little cocktail like a 19th Century butler kisses the asses of an England manor’s residents. The thong looks lovely, Lady Mortimer. Ingredients (serves 2)
1. 1 tsp vegetable/canola oil
2. 1 medium sized flour tortilla
3. 1 OZ LOX
4. 4 slices Brie
5. 1/4 apple sliced thinly

Step 1
Lay out the Brie, apple, and lox over the bottom half of the tortilla. Fold shut.

Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Fry up one half until brown, flip, and cover with lid. Cook through until the cheese melts. Cut in slices and serve.
