TIT AND CABOODLE NOODLE SALAD

Oodles of naughty noodles

This salad’s got everything you need for simple satisfaction. I’m talking the whole tit and caboodle. Sure it looks simple, but the flavor shall dance on your tongue and tickle your balls/girly parts. This is a new member of my salad repertoire, but goddamn does it bring out the smiles! Refreshing, light, and totally tasty. Come summertime, you will be glad you have this in your arsenal. Few dishes will refuel as cleanly after sweaty summer sex. You’re welcome!

Ingredients (serves 2)
1. 1 tbsp sugar
2. 1 tbsp fish sauce
3. 1 tbsp rice vinegar
4. 1 dash salt
5. 1 shot of water
6. 2 handfuls lettuce chopped in strips
7. 4 OZ dry rice noodles
8. 1/2 orange
8. 1 tbsp GINGER finely diced
9. 1 tbsp CHILI diced finely
10. 1 garlic clove chopped finely
11. 2 tbsp cilantro chopped coarsely

Step 1
Create the Vietnamese Nuoc Cham sauce. On low heat, warm up the water, rice vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, juice from the orange half, garlic, ginger, chili, and salt. Mix together. Let it cool as you move on to Step 2.

Step 2
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Throw the rice noodles in and cook until soft (approx 1 1/2 min). Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Step 3
Throw the noodles in a bowl, lettuce, and cilantro in a bowl. Toss with the Nuoc Cham sauce.
