Time to Carbo-cize!

Time to tell Dr. Atkins to take his diet back to South Beach.  Carbs can be so bad, but they taste so good. Pasta, noodles, rice and potatoes are a few of my favorite things.  Plus they are cheap and may cause unexpected fits of happiness.  Just add water.
