Stuff those creamy green treats with some mad flavor!
Straight out of a fancy country club near you is this stuffed avocado recipe with a twist. The catch is we are adding some much needed flavor, spice and additional aphrodisiacs of course. The avocado already works wonders for your libido, but combine it with some spicy chili and shrimp you have the Guns of the Navarone firing in your mouth. This dish is sweet, tangy, spicy and creamy in one fell swoop. It’s like having a lover with split personality: from the crazy bisexual stripper to the meek librarian cum closet sexpot. This salad is all good and rather enjoyable. It should work like a champ in getting you the desired randy results. No doubt, somewhere a prude country club member is exclaiming, “I never!”

Drinking Buddy: Arnold Palmer or a scotch on the rocks, country club style!
Ingredients (for two):
1. 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2. 1 hard-boiled egg
3. 2 avocados split lengthwise
4. ½ pound of cooked shrimp with tails removed
5. ¼ of a red onion chopped finely
6. 2 radishes chopped finely
7. 1 stalk of celery chopped finely
8. 1 jalapeño or Serrano chili chopped finely
9. ½ a red pepper chopped finely
10. ½ a lime (not pictured, oopsie)
11. Salt to taste (also not pictured)
Step 1
Split the shrimp down the middle. Chop the hard-boiled egg up. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and eggs with the chopped red onion, radish, celery, chili and red pepper. Squeeze in ¼ of the lime and the mayonnaise.
Step 2
Mix the goods up in the bowl thoroughly. Remove the avocados from their shells in tact (use a spoon for best results) and discard the pit. Stuff enough of the mixture into each pit indentation with it overflowing, but not spilling off the sides. Squeeze more lime and salt if you like. Serve it up solo, over a bed of lettuce (because it’s classy), or with a sexy sandwich.
