Ingredients:
1. 1 package of Boursin cheese
2. 1 package of water crackers
3. ½ avocado sliced thinly
4. 6 ounces of smoked salmon lox
Step 1
Spread a thin layer of boursin cheese on each cracker. Place enough lox on each cracker to cover it. Crown each slice of lox with avocado and serve.
