That’s right.  I’m peeping your pineapples.  Is that a problem?  Am I offending you by leering?  I can’t help it if them apples are all that and bag of lettuce…that happens to be in my hand.  I come correct when it comes to lunchtime fare.  This is the perfect lunch you finally make Saturday afternoon after spending the whole morning nursing a hangover and an extended orgasm.  Then again, it makes a pretty bodaciously badass dinner salad to serve with a light ENTRÉE.  With greens, meats and fruit this good together, I’m sure you can let my lecherous ways slide just this once.  And while we’re on the subject of sliding, slide on over this way so we can slip slide the night away.  As a delicious side note: pineapple makes certain male fluids taste better.  Just looking for the ladies (and a the fab fellas) with oral fixations.

1. 1 tsp red wine vinegar

2. 3 tbsp BBQ sauce

3. ½ tbsp CALIVIRGIN olive oil

4. 2 handfuls lettuce coarsely chopped

5. 2 handfuls pineapple cubed

6. 1 handful mozzarella shredded

7. 2 chicken breasts

8. 3 green onions chopped coarsely

Step 1

Create the dressing by pureeing 1 small handful of pineapple, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and BBQ sauce.

Step 2

Marinate the chicken with half the green onions and the BBQ sauce.  Grill the chicken through with all of the BBQ marinade, flipping once (approx 2 min per side).  Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Assemble the lettuce, pineapple, green onions, chopped chicken and toss your salad with the dressing.

It has indeed been an oyster filled wonderland here at COOK TO BANG these last few weeks. I would apologize and offer some sort of assurance that something like this will never happen again. But I’m not some sucker embarrassed by the fact that I have a strong passion for sexy foods and sexier times. Oyster are among my favorite ingredients not only for that unique taste and texture, but because you rarely see aphrodisiacs effects demonstrated quite so obviously. You know that when you serve a plate of raw oysters, raunchy things are sure to follow. It’s almost like an unspoken contract two people enter into when the plate of raw goodness arrives at the table. You both accept that any frolicking that follows is not only appropriate, but expected. A word to the unwilling: refuse to eat or order them if you are going to be a prude buzzkill. For the rest of you lovelies, shuck and jive all the way to bed!

Ingredients (serves 2):
1. ½ dozen raw OYSTERS
2. 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3. 1 dash black pepper
4. ¼ lemon
5. 1 pinch BASIL finely chopped
6. 1 pinch onion finely chopped
7. 1 pinch GINGER finely chopped
8. 1 micro pinch CHILI finely chopped

Step 1
Create the oyster dip by mixing the red wine vinegar, onion, ginger, basil, lemon juice, black pepper and chili. Serve up with the raw oysters and let the naughty games begin!raw oysters sauce

First off, my apologies for yesterdays post.  I think I ate the brown acid again.  As penance, please accept this kick ass salad that is scrumptious, packed with protein and an aphrodisiac quadruple threat.  This dish will not disappoint in the pimping department.  All those flavors will be out working the corner for you, luring johns and janes in for a little cat scratch fever.  Once they get a taste, they will be customers for life…or until you kick their ass to the curb in favor of a better paying/looking clientele.  Always remember that a good pimp is a kind pimp.  No need to rough up the goods by tossing that salad too hard.  A couple good shakes will put the flavor hos in line to do your bidding.  Now get out there and get that money, honey!

Drinking Buddy: RAGING HARD ON LEMONADE

1. 1 dash CAYENNE PEPPER
2. 1 dash salt
3. 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
4. 1 tbsp olive oil
5. 1 small handful jack cheese
6. 1 red bell pepper chopped coarsely
7. ½ lb ASPARAGUS spears
8. 1 small handful BASIL chopped finely
9. 1 small handful parsley chopped finely
10. ½ lemon
11.½ lb cook SHRIMP, tails removed
12. 2 large handfuls fresh spinach

Step 1
Cut the stems off the asparagus spears and blanch them in a thin layer of water (approx 5 min).  Chop the asparagus in half.

Step 2
While the asparagus blanches, create the dressing by combining the basil, parsley, cayenne pepper, salt, red wine vinegar and olive oil.

Step 3
Toss the red bell pepper, shrimp, asparagus, dressing and lemon.  Allow it to marinate in the fridge (approx 20 min).

Step 4
Place half the spinach on each plate and crown with jack cheese.  Drain the dressing from the shrimp and veggies and split up the goods.

Serve as perfect lunch salad or follow it up with something meaty like ROASTED CHICKEN RUB DOWN.

STUFFED PEPPER PARTY

The stuffed pepper party train has left the station!

It’s time to throw down!  The week ain’t over yet, but you’re leady to let the dogs out.  Woof to the M-F’ing woof!  I suggest you get funky in the kitchen rather than unleash potentially rabid beasts onto the populace.  Sure it may not be as thrilling as sending cooped up canines out into your neighborhood to attack mailmen and Xanaxed housewives alike. You will however avoid a lawsuit and a stern warning from animal control.  Why not invite someone sexy over for a little party for two instead?  What better way to do that than with bell peppers, chicken and apples?  I do declare you are both in for a treat! Once you guys stuff yourselves with these aphrodisiac-stuffed peppers, it’s time for someone to get stuffed.  Don’t be surprised if those same dogs howl along with as you both scream pleasurable expletives into the night. From here it looks pretty damn good.  Firm and spankable for sure.  What?  I can’t help admiring your fine posterior.  You’ve been blessed.  That DOES NOT make me a pervert!  I may be a pervert, but for doing things far worse than staring at your glorious behind for the last 20 minutes.  Quite frankly, if you didn’t want people staring you would have worn some ugly khaki cargo pants instead of that hot number that screams out, “Hey, everyone!  Check out my amazing ass!”  So there.  You must be hungry from being so goddamn hot.  Why don’t you sit down and allow me to make a peace offering.  Try this chicken salad that is superior to any found in the Milky Way Galaxy.  Seriously, Zorvax who writes for Zagat across the Universe assured me of that.  He said it’s even better than the succulent salad made from space chickens on the planet Nebulon’s furthest moon.  Now sit your luscious ass right here…on my lap.

Drinking Buddy: White wine or an ice cold RAGING HARD ON LEMONADE

1. 1 teaspoon of black pepper
2. 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
3. 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
4. 1 Fuji apple
5. 1 AVOCADO
6. 1 green endive
7. ½ lime of juice
8. ½ lb of white meat chicken
9. 1 handful of PINE NUTS
10. 8 Kalamata olives

Step 1
Chop out the core of the apple and then slice into long thin pieces.  Cut the stalk off the endive and cut every ¼ inch down.  Chop the olives up finely.  Halve the avocado, and then cut thin long slices.

Step 2
Marinate the chicken in limejuice and black pepper (approx 10 minutes).  Pan-fry the chicken until it cooks all the way through, flipping to cook both sides evenly (approx 5 minutes).  Finally, cut the chicken into long thin strips.

Step 3
Throw the apples, endives, olives, pine nuts, avocado and chicken into a big salad bowl.

Step 4
Add the mayonnaise and red wine vinegar and toss it all together evenly.  Then serve it up, unless you have already commenced groping your date.
