FIGGY PIGGY PIZZA

March 23, 2016
A big pig ate figs down to my twig and berries.

A big pig ate figs down to my twig and berries.

I ain’t too proud to admit I’ve porked some sows in my day.  Who of you can claim you never once compromising your standards in the pursuit of ass?  That lone ranger stoically standing all alone on the hill can pat his/herself on the back.  The rest of you know what I’m talking about.  Like I said, these are not my proudest moments.  But I believe in living life free of regret. So what if my friends taunted me mercilessly? There are photos floating somewhere out there of me in college dressed like Hugh Hefner sucking face with what was described to me as “an oompa loompa in a cheerleader costume”.  It was Halloween, damnit!  Jack Daniels was the bastard responsible.  Thank goodness there are compromises like this pizza.  It packs a wallop of flavor from the prosciutto and figs, but minimal carbs.  Now you can have your pig, eat it too, and not be embarrassed to admit it your friends.

WILD & WETTY SQUASH SPAGHETTI

September 10, 2014
Get ready for some non-spaghetti in beddy!

Get ready for some non-spaghetti in beddy!

This one goes out to all the sexy singles marching blindly to Atkins’ carb-free tune.  Myself included. All this cooking and banging has put a hold on my underwear-modeling career. But only temporarily!  I’m coming back hotter and more in your face awesome than ever.  Healthy food is always the sexiest.  We’ll skip the carbohydrated pasta in favor of nature’s non-processed solution.  Spaghetti squash is an adventure of ingenuity and texture.  It takes to a pasta sauce like a hooker to a free bag of crack.  This simple sauté recipe should set you right.  But pesto would convince just as many of your dates to drop trow.  Now get roasting, my health-minded friends.  I’m hitting the gym to work on my glutes. FINGER LICKIN’ ASS KICKIN’ CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS

July 30, 2014

I wrapped these tasty morsels up in lettuce and God said it was good.

You read that right. These lettuce wraps are no joke. Dr. Atkins is saluting them from his cloud in heaven. How could this much flavor be packed into such a low carb treat? Is it a miracle? Did God communicate this recipe to me from atop the mountain like Moses on Mount Sinai? The answer to all these questions is “You damn skippy!” This creation has absolutely nothing to do with the fact there was no bread in my house. Poppycock to those heretics who suggest otherwise. And the crowd of one I served it was certainly happy and surprised by the result. She too doubted that it would work. But I converted her into a believer. Can I get an amen? TANGY BANGY SHRIMP SCRAMBLE

May 14, 2014
Experimenting in the kitchen leads to experimenting in the bedroom.

Experimentation makes the world go round. Where would we be without Ben Franklin accidentally barbecuing himself with a kite? I approach cooking with the same punk rock philosophy. My instincts usually lead to success, but every once in a while I crash a burn. My culinary experiments usually take place behind closed doors, the windows drawn, and a former Mossad security team keeping out the paparazzi. I can’t have my cooking rep suffer should I create a black hole of shame in my kitchen. There were these peanut butter cookies I made without sugar that were so bad they will follow me to into grave and end up stuffed in my suit pocket. Every once in a while a new recipe needs to be attempted on the spot. This skeptical lawyer whose ass still looks banging under her pantsuit was concerned when she saw me peel a tangerine and shell shrimp. “You’re putting that in my eggs?” I calmed down this sexpot lawyer that dominates in the courtroom and bedroom by pouring coffee into one of my beloved PHOTO MUGS. She drank the java, then ate her words, and entire plate, even forking away one of my shrimp! my lawyer lover  ended up being late to her deposition because she subpoenaed me between the sheets. SPAGHETTI SQUASHER SHOCKER SALAD

March 13, 2013

Give ’em a good talker before giving ’em a shocker!

You could almost call this the “shocker” of salads.  There you are serving your date up some salad and they’ll assume it’s some sort of noodle salad.  Ha!  You will laugh uproariously when you inform them this gluten and low-carb salad ain’t got none of that noise.  We’re talking healthy to the point of being almost impossible to fathom.  How could a salad taste so freakishly awesome with a texture akin to licking an angel’s naught bits?  Unfortunately for you, my lawyers have informed me that these are trade secrets.  But I fought back and insisted in at least giving out the recipe to my readers. So COOK TO BANG in good health knowing that somewhere out there you have a digital chef wingman looking out for your baser needs. Who loves ya? Read the rest of this entry »

SPAGHETTI SQUASH NUDEY NOODLES

November 13, 2012
The resourceful bird gets the worm and makes their lovers squirm with glee.

The resourceful bird gets the worm and makes their lovers squirm with glee.

One good spaghetti squash recipe deserves another.  The first round was ITALIAN PASTA STYLE; this is an Asian spicy noodle version that maximizes the low-carb way of life.  Truth be told, these spaghetti squash strands were leftovers I had no clue how to make.  But I was hung over one morning with some random piece of strange from the night before whose name I couldn’t remember for the life of me sleeping in my bed.  I thought perhaps some sustenance would jar my brain into remembering who the hell this naked hottie was still snoring. Carbs help soak up alcohol, but to my chagrin, my roommate finished up my rice noodles.  My head was pounding too hard to act anything but resourceful.  Many thanks to the leftover spaghetti squash strands that were a champion noodle substitute.  My mystery date dug them too.  And my roommate redeemed herself for her early offense by introducing herself to the beautiful stranger, hence arming me with a name.  It made things easier when I asked the less-mysterious girl to leave before my lunch date arrived. GLAD TO MEETYA FAJITA SALAD

April 19, 2010

Hey Bonita, glad to meet ya!

Food is the great equalizer. No matter how rich, poor, hot, or totally busted you are, we all gotta eat. That’s why the CTB method works so well. Unless you are some enlightened monk impervious to hunger pangs and lascivious loins, we all need to cook and bang. Read the rest of this entry »

PIMP THAT SHRIMPY ASS-PARAGUS SALAD

July 28, 2009
Pimp that shrimp like a chimp with a limp

Pimp that shrimp like a chimp with a limp

First off, my apologies for yesterdays post.  I think I ate the brown acid again.  As penance, please accept this kick ass salad that is scrumptious, packed with protein and an aphrodisiac quadruple threat.  This dish will not disappoint in the pimping department.  All those flavors will be out working the corner for you, luring johns and janes in for a little cat scratch fever.  Once they get a taste, they will be customers for life…or until you kick their ass to the curb in favor of a better paying/looking clientele.  Always remember that a good pimp is a kind pimp.  No need to rough up the goods by tossing that salad too hard.  A couple good shakes will put the flavor hos in line to do your bidding.  Now get out there and get that money, honey!

Projected cost: $17
