Serve this dish up like the sexy Chippendale you are!

Nothing screams out sex appeal for the ladies like a buff dude in a bowtie with a fake collar and cuffs.  That’s the Chippendale way.  Keeping it classy but lust inspiring at the same time.  Make the married ladies scream.  Give them something to fantasize about while their husbands bang them with brief, disinterested strokes.  Win win.  That’s what this stupidly simple dish is about.  Tap into the unbridled lust that only bowtie-wearing dancers can inspire.  I hope you have your dance revue choreographed.  Remember…step forward, step back, spin around, clap and THRUST!  Just don’t spill the kick ass contents on the plate while making those moves.

Total time: approximately 20 minutes

Drinking Buddy: Red wine

tuna bowtie pasta prepIngredients (Serves 2):
1. 6 ounces of dried bowtie pasta
2. 1 8-ounce can of tomato sauce
3. 1 can of TUNA
4. ½ cup of milk
5. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
6. ½ an onion diced finely
7. 2 garlic cloves diced finely

Step 1
Boil the pasta al dente (follow instructions, approx 12 min) and drain.  While the pasta boils move onto Step 2. When pasta is done, toss it into the sauce and mix.

Step 2
Heat up the olive oil on medium heat.  Sauté the garlic and onions (approx 3 min), adding salt if you so desire.  Drain the tuna cans and toss in the pan and cook (approx 2 min) into it.  Pour in the tomato sauce cook until it all goes red (approx 2 min).  Finally pour in the milk and reduce by simmering on low heat as the sauce pinkens.

That’s right!  You know how to do what you do so do it.  Ooh ooh, baby, do it one more time.  I can’t get enough of your tasty taste.  It’s so exotic, so flavorful, so foreign to my white bread existence.  Suddenly all the TV Dinner memories are evaporating into adventures in Thailand.  I’m on a beach getting my hair braided.  I’m in the jungle communing with shaman living in a tree house.  I’m in Bangkok breaking all 10 Commandments.  It’s all because you spice up my life.  Keep it up.  Now that I’ve tasted the East, these noodles will keep the memories alive at the very least. For the record, Cook To Bang isn’t telling you to bang your nana. That is illegal in most countries and frowned upon everywhere else with the possible exception of Sweden. Why do you think they call it a Swedish pancake? Yet I digress, a bad habit since my ADHD childhood. Bananas are among my favorite fruits. Taste and phallic suggestiveness aside, the magnesium, potassium, riboflavin and B Vitamins run through the love machine you call your body like premium oil used in sports cars driven by men substituting for what they lack. But that’s not your problem. Is it, fellas? Even if it is, fret no longer. Bananas also turbo-charge the male libido with the enzyme bromelain. The fact “bro” is in the enzyme’s scientific name should not be lost on you. Fire up the griddle and make pancakes…in bed. Then make breakfast.

How about a hot date on your plate?

Don’t be shy. Do the cha cha across the kitchen, through the dining room, and on into the bedroom. Nice moves, slick! I had no idea two left feet just meant a whole lot of cha cha-ing around and around. Keep it up. Move with confidence. There is no clearer way to get what your lustful little heart desires. Serving up a Middle East feast will surely earn you some brownie points, especially if you’re eying some sexy little thing in a hijab. A better recipe there could not be for breaking down their religion’s ordained celibacy one bite at a time. That is when you will really need your cha cha A-game to pull off the implausible. To any jihadists reading, please understand this is tongue-in-cheek face and not meant to inspire martyrdom in my kitchen. Allah akbar, my friends!

Total time: approximately 20 minutes
Projected cost: $7
Drinking Buddy: Red vino or POMMELONTINI BIKINI

Ingredients (Serves 2):
1. 1 tbsp olive oil
2. 1 tbsp tahini
3. 1 lemon
4. 2 chicken breasts
5. 5 dates
6. 6 1 handful minced shallots
7. 2 garlic cloves chopped finely
8. 1 dash sea salt (not pictured)

Step 1
Marinate the chicken in 1/2 lemon of juice and sea salt (approx 10 min). Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2
Sauté the garlic and shallots in olive oil on medium heat (approx 1 min). Remove the date pits and chop finely. Throw the dates, tahini, and remaining lemon juice into the pan. Cook until the juice evaporates and it is the consistency of paste (approx 3 min). Add the chicken and cook thoroughly so the sauce coats the meat (approx 4 min).

Step 3
If you are rocking cous cous with your chicken, you are stoked! Lay the cous cous evenly over the plate. Create a hole in the middle and fill it with your chicken.

Wowzers! This is one bona fide feast fit for a player of your caliber.

This one goes out to all the sexy singles marching blindly to Atkins’ carb-free tune.  Myself included. All this cooking and banging has put a hold on my underwear-modeling career. But only temporarily!  I’m coming back hotter and more in your face awesome than ever.  Healthy food is always the sexiest.  We’ll skip the carbohydrated pasta in favor of nature’s non-processed solution.  Spaghetti squash is an adventure of ingenuity and texture.  It takes to a pasta sauce like a hooker to a free bag of crack.  This simple sauté recipe should set you right.  But pesto would convince just as many of your dates to drop trow.  Now get roasting, my health-minded friends.  I’m hitting the gym to work on my glutes. Because banging once is never enough!

Why bang once when you can bang twice or thrice and on and on?  The first banging session is a warm up, a mulligan if you will.  Sure it’s like the first ascent of a famed mountain peak, but sometimes you are too exhausted to really take in the view.  Now that you’re onto round two you can savor it.  You’ve been here before, so you are appreciating new aspects like the pubic foliage.  I hope that the arduous journey (cooking) was worth the destination (banging).  It would have to be if you are coming back for a sequel.  If Godfather II, Empire Strikes Back and Evil Dead 2 taught us anything, it’s that the second time can be sweeter than the first.  So warm that shit back up for late night spooning.
